The online conference dealt with the topic: From Crisis to Opportunity, and gave exposure to a variety of initiatives and struggles in the field of Heritage Interpretation during a crisis in Israel and around the world.

The conference was broadcast on Zoom and on the Facebook page of Interpret IL.

The evening session was in English, with an invited talk by Julia Pagel, the Secretary General of NEMO – The Network of European Museum Organisations. The talk dealt with “Connecting Audiences during the Crisis”.
